By accessing or using our website, registering for a workshop, or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We offer digital products, courses, live workshops, and consulting services related to landing page optimization, Google Ads, and AI-assisted marketing. Specific deliverables and inclusions are described on each product or service page.

3. Free Workshops

Registration for free workshops requires a valid name and email address. We reserve the right to modify workshop dates, times, format, or content. Replays will be made available to registered attendees when possible.

4. Paid Products and Courses

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Access to digital products is granted upon successful payment.
Course content is for your personal or business use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share access credentials.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy on digital courses. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Done-with-you services that include live calls are non-refundable once the call has been delivered.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on hjr.ai, including text, graphics, templates, frameworks, videos, and course materials, is the property of Marco Assanti / HJRcreative. You may use purchased templates and frameworks in your own business but may not resell them as your own product.

7. Earnings Disclaimer

Results described on our website and in our marketing (including case studies and testimonials) reflect individual outcomes. We do not guarantee specific results. Your results depend on your effort, business, market, and many other factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HJRcreative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use our services for any unlawful purpose
Share, resell, or redistribute course content or login credentials
Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our proprietary frameworks for resale
Harass other participants in live workshops or community spaces

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violation of these terms, without refund.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Milan, Italy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
